This Refund Policy applies to all purchases from Terrica Lynn Smith LLC, including educational programs, digital content, physical products, and associated events or bundles. Our offerings aim to provide valuable insights into real estate investing, emphasizing that the content is for educational purposes and should not be viewed as financial advice.

General Terms:

All content, including The 5-Day Property Challenge, Property Challenge Live (PC Live), the Black Friday Bundle, and any digital products, are subject to a strict no-refund policy. These sales are final, emphasizing the commitment required from participants.

Participation does not automatically grant access to other branded content or programs like the Investor’s Circle Mastermind unless explicitly included.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Digital Products and Courses: All sales of digital products, including courses and downloadable content, are final. We do not offer refunds for any digital product purchases. This policy reflects the immediate access granted to digital content upon purchase.

Investor’s Circle Mastermind: This program offers a 3-day Right-to-Cancel period from the agreement's execution date, provided no program activities have been engaged in. Cancellations must be requested in writing within this timeframe via email to info@terricalynnsmith.com.

Physical Products: We accept returns of physical products within a 14-day window from the delivery date. Returned items must be in their original, undamaged condition. We do not accept returns for damaged, used, or worn items. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns are eligible for store credit only.
